What You'll Do:
Define, drive, and oversee the Studio's product vision and roadmap, ensuring content delivery targets are met and game ROI is optimised.
Guide and mentor the Studio team, fostering a healthy culture and clear role expectations.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure clarity on vision, roadmap status, priorities, and backlog.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to align product development with customer needs and business drivers.
Liaise with the Portfolio Delivery team on product deliverables.
Proactively share product developments and market insights with company leadership.
Stay updated on the latest product planning, customer discovery, and development processes.
Collaborate with the BI and Commercial teams to gather and analyse feedback on features and products.
Work with stakeholders to document, triage, and fix live issues or bugs as needed.
Oversee product launches and coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
At least 15 years of experience in global gaming product functions, with a minimum of 5 years guiding senior-level Product Leads.
Strong understanding of online games, including Casino, Bingo, and Slots.
Superior product and domain knowledge with a proven track record in successful product strategy, development, and management.
Ability to work creatively within a budget and use innovative approaches to manage resources effectively.
Strong commercial acumen.
Proven ability to assess the market, identify trends, and understand marketing insights, business, and contractual requirements.
Superior research and analytical skills for tracking and predicting trends.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating release goals and objectives, paired with strong presentation abilities.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
Good understanding of high-level technical solutions and software.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to influence at the Executive level and work effectively across creative and product development teams.
Willingness to take calculated risks and manage expectations of both internal development teams and potential and existing customers.
