What will you be doing?
Provide extraordinary service aligned with companys culture and values
Significantly Increase regional client deposits through phone and emails
Ensure that all necessary verification documents are collected
Document all communications with customers in the CRM
Be an ambassador in carrying out the companys vision and products.

Requirements:
native Spanish and professional fluency in English and Portuguese – a must!
Have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Have a strong sales orientation
Have a service orientation
It will also be nice if you:
Have former experience/knowledge in the Financial industry
Have sales background
Have a BA in Finance from a well-known establishment
Have knowledge in Social Networking Platforms
Have customer Service/Relationship Management and CRM experience
Have an additional language at mother tongue level
Besides that you must possess the following qualities:
Multitasking
Energetic
Ability to self-manage your time and prioritize tasks
Ability to work well in a team
Have excellent learning skills
Have a can-do attitude
Be target oriented
This position is a full-time position working Mon-Fri.
