We are looking for a Events Manager.
A proactive, organized events manager who will support the wider marketing
team in planning, executing, and evaluating global events.
You will organize what logistics are needed for each event whilst developing creative solutions to meet business objectives and bring to life our purpose. A focus will also be supporting other teams, for example, Partnerships/ Product/ Sales/ Social Media, who will be in attendance to execute strategies.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership of our sponsored event planning, scheduling and management process, including logistical planning, budgets, defining goals, tracking results and recommending cost savings without compromising quality
Maximize the value of partners at events through organizing speakers, Q&As at our booth and working with the social media manager to promote collaborations.
Identify new event opportunities (virtual and physical) and develop proposals for us to consider.
Develop creative solutions for events that meet business objectives and amplify the brand.
Coordinate with internal teams, like Data, Design, Social Media and others, through effective communication to ensure optimized event success.
Create comprehensive reports after events and be proactive in assessing where processes could work better to meet the goals of lead generation and brand awareness.
Support the company by creating tools, materials, key messages, creative ideas that may be helpful to promote us at workshops / events.
