Ensure that all stock for kitchens / office supplies are maintained to the agreed level and that orders are checked on arrival.
Undertake daily building walkthroughs and support meeting room checks and booking in accordance with local processes. Ensure all walkthroughs are documented and actions highlighted.
Ensure all requests are logged in the helpdesk system and tickets are closed out and reported within agreed SLA.
Maintain security and safety standards as required by the Client, ensuring that visitors are escorted, and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorization or supervision maintained.
Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies.
Build a good working relationship with the team where applicable.
Strong customer services skills and experience within a high profile environment.
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software, systems
Strong team player within a Customer Service team and Service Providers.
Responsible for managing sites assets, locations, allocation tables and inventories
