Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain material planning strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Identify and mitigate potential material shortages or delays to avoid production disruptions
Monitor and review production data and adjust production plans and schedules accordingly
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support material planning and supply chain decisions
Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and insights on material usage, inventory levels, and supplier performance
Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Conduct root cause analysis for any material planning discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Oversee the integration of subcontractor deliverables into the overall project timeline
Facilitate effective communication between subcontractors and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
3+ years experience in production planning and scheduling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems (Netsuite an advantage), and related production software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
