The opportunity
We're in search of a knowledgeable Senior Digital Design Professional to join our growing and dynamic team in Zagreb, Croatia. You would be a part of a young, energetic group that welcomes innovation and operates on a global scale. In this role, you'll be instrumental in creating online content that reflects our brand, adheres to our marketing strategy, and maintains a professional aesthetic. Key responsibilities
Overseeing digital design projects, from conception to final delivery
Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback
Delegating design tasks and providing support for junior level design team members
Listen to market design needs, and proactively expand and improve the design team's services accordingly
Research industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation
Ensure brand consistency throughout all digital design projects and company digital platforms, while maintaining high-quality standards for all deliverables
Design and produce interactive online content, including email templates, infographics, banners, animations and other online promotional materials 
Collaborate and communicate effectively with local stakeholders to align designs with Teva's brand image, while also meeting usability and accessibility standards
Provide expert advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and other promotional materials, using extensive knowledge of design principles and techniques
