We are looking for an HCM Implementer to join our MIS group.
What is the job?
Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
Advise and guide HR users to the best practice of using the Oracle system.
Architecture, design and implementation of the Oracle applications HCM modules
Provide guidance and support to clients in the adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including end-user training and change management.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation.
Requirements:
What you need:
3-5 Years of implementation experience in Oracle Application HCM modules.
SQL / OTBI knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal).
