As a Salesforce Tea Leader you will…
Manage a team of Admins, Project Managers and subcontractors developers
Understand customers needs and objectives to provide strategic guidance and support.
Serve as Team Lead responsible for projects and ongoing task allocation between the team
Serve as the gatekeeper of solution quality
Assist in release planning and execution of salesforce projects
Participate in the development and maintenance of salesforce policies, procedures, and best practices including deployment, testing processes and SF upgrades
Monitor and respond to support requests from users
Define requirements, design and create new processes
Keeps up to date on new Salesforce capabilities, application
Experience in managing team – A Must
4+ years experience as a salesforce Administration & Project manager – A Must
Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce.com including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities – A Must
Extensive experience supporting Customer Success and Customer Support Business Systems – An Advantage
Gainsight (or similar) administration and development experience – An Advantage
Understanding of Salesforce.com security model including sharing, profiles, and roles for both internal and external users.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strategic thinking and prioritization
Excellent communication skills (Hebrew and English) and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, project management and problem-solving skills
Ability to architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices
