Job Description
The position responsibilities include:
Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers
Remote and hands-on support
Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements
Solving technical problem across multiple technologies
Requirements:
Education and Experience Required:
3 years of experience with customer support must
Education and experience in computers, networks, IT and electronics
Linux knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Team player
Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment

Ability to independently complete solution implementations
