Job Title: UX Researcher.
Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel.
Project Overview:
The UXR on Search helps product teams identify product opportunities, iterate new concepts, and evaluate product success. The UXR will focus on personalized Search experiences, Growth, and vertical specific experiences (e.g., autos, jobs, health, etc.). Given the increased demand for research and change in Product leadership, we expect the researchers to support these products.
Overall Responsibilities:
* Apply research methods: mixed methods, interviews, usability testing, surveys.
* Develop and draft research questions.
* Research plan and surveys for qualitative and quantitative studies.
* Participant recruitment.
* Creation of screen templates.
* Finalize and implement moderation guides.
* Execute specific research studies.
* Delivery of analysis report / insights documentation.
* KPIs for the role are ability to deliver assigned number of studies over a quarter must be completed.
* Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written and oral presentations.
* Identify research opportunities in conjunction with supervisor to guide product design and future research.
Deliverables:
* Conduct research thats mostly Primary in nature and qualitative in style to produce all research instruments (e.g., interview guides, survey plans) and reports.
* Deliverables will be in the form of 1 pager summary and supporting slide decks.

* B.A./B.S. (Completed) in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/ Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent practical experience.
* 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following methods: usability studies, mixed methods, concept tests, benchmarks, diary studies, interviewing consumers, field research, surveys.
* Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
* Expertise collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing qualitative data to produce actionable insights.
* Detail-oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Effective interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.
* Can prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to changing schedules and different projects.
Nice To Have Skills (not Required):
* M.A/M.S. in Human Factors, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Product Design, or another field.
* Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.
* Technical aptitude, familiarity with basic graphic and video editing tools preferred.
