About the position This full time position is based in our HQ in Tel Aviv and entails managing a Bookkeeper and recording financial transactions, supplier invoicing, tax payments, and overseeing daily bank reconciliations and cash payments and other financial delights. The ideal candidate has relevant experience in the field, and is extremely motivated to go above and beyond to balance the books to perfection. Responsibilities
* Account payable management:
* Working with suppliers, receipt and recording of suppliers' invoices
* Processing local and foreign vendors' payments including setting up payment orders in the bank or creating payments file in 'Massav
* New vendor creation (local and foreign) and account payables reconciliation.
* Manage bank and credit cards reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
* Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy including intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll processes in Israel, including managing payroll, tax forms (101, 102, 161, 106), payroll journal entries, regulatory compliance, and reimbursements.
* Handle financial reporting to tax authorities, Bituach Leumi (National Insurance Institute), income tax, reserve duty days for the army, and Kupot Gemel (Pension Funds).
* Serve as the focal point for all payroll-related inquiries.
* Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures including calculating prepaid and accrued expenses and evaluation of exchange rate differences.
* Managing Fixed Assets in the books with Ram Nihul software
* Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities.
* Support Ad Hoc projects.
* Managing and training a Junior bookkeeper.

* Proficiency in Excel
