Requirements:
3+ years of product management, experience in the e-commerce, internet, or fintech industries
2 or more years of experience working in the payments, banking and financial services space
Track record of working with platform teams to define, build, and maintain highly-scalable, mission-critical systems that support payments
Full stack knowledge of building platform, microservice architecture
Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset; passion for solving problems (large and small) that result in tangible, measurable results; experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, validate assumptions and measure success
Deep customer empathy and curiosity; deeply understands customer experience and pain points using usability studies, customer interactions, experiments, and aggregated feedback from internal customer facing teams
Continuously tests and learns and leverages customer insights to inform product decisions and recommendations
Proficient in defining well-thought out user stories, with thorough acceptance criteria and use cases
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; well honed influencing and negotiating skills; proven ability to handle complex and sensitive situations involving competing priorities
