a Finnish technology company and until recently, weve been best known for our food delivery platform. However, in the past 12 months weve expanded into many new verticals: first into retail, then Drive, OTC deliveries and there are many more to come.
As in Israel continues to grow, we are expanding into new cities and diversifying our customer base. Our goal is to allow our disruptive, ultra-fast delivery platform to bring benefit to as many people, merchants and couriers as possible across the country.
As our Business Lead in the Arab Community, you will take full ownership of forming and executing our Arab cities business strategy and making sure our services are rolled out in the most respectful and efficient manner across these cities and towns. You will do this while working cross-functionally, in close collaboration with our Sales and Account Management teams, Customer Support, Product, Operations and Marketing team, to ensure successful new city launches. You will continuously work on improving our product-market fit and will be a key stakeholder in making Wolt a success in Arab cities and towns.
What Youll Be Doing
* Build a go to market strategy for Wolt in Arab towns and cities and execute on it.
* Make sound business decisions by using data to support your intuition.
* Own the sales process for strategic partners in the restaurant/retail market in Arab cities and towns, successfully signing and onboarding key players to Wolt.
* Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to advise and execute on topics related to product, marketing, courier operations and customer support in order to build a winning proposition for the market.
* Work closely together with our restaurant and retail business teams to develop opportunities for expanding and managing our partnerships successfully.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years previous success within consumer goods sales or business development. Sales experience to major restaurants and/or retailers – a major advantage!
You have demonstrated the ability to close partnerships with various company sizes (from C -level executives to small business owners).
Excellent commercial and strategic thinking – you are great at strategizing and building a business from scratch. Moreover, you can quickly pick up different business models and spot opportunities and bottlenecks.
Strong cross-functional abilities, and a love for process improvement
You have previously collaborated with teams internally to make long and complex deals come to life.
Excellent analytical skills – such as translating data into actions, analyzing sales metrics and pricing models, and producing relevant KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience managing teams directly or metricaly.
Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew and English.
