Job Description:
Installing, commissioning, maintaining, optimizing, and repairing sensor-based sorters in our Recycling installation bases.
Ensuring maximum performance of our sorting systems in the field, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
Optimizing sorting systems/processes through sampling and testing.
Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' businesses by introducing complementary our products, solutions, and services.
Serving as a liaison between customers and Headquarters, gathering and providing market feedback to continuously improve customer service and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
University or College studies in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering preferred, minimum Technician or engineering 3rd Level qualification required.
A few years hands-on experience in a B2B, Industrial Equipment support role
Strong communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information and issues in a user-friendly manner.
Good in spoken and written English.
Excellent technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills.
Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress.
