Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and provide admin support to employees.

Handle tasks related to operations, logistics, and facilities (e.g., cars, parking, shipments, travel).
Support HR with welfare activities, gifts, happy hours, onboarding, and offboarding.
Serve as the point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
Ensure a positive daily experience for employees.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure work environment.
Assist visiting guests.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years in a similar role (e.g., office manager, office administrator, logistics coordinator) in a high-tech company.
2. Fluent in Hebrew (native) and English.
3. Experience in facilities management, including office renovations and transitions (advantageous).
4. Strong organizational and planning skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments efficiently.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Certification – הנהח"ש 1+2,3 – Advantage
