Required Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness and building strong performance and organic funnels.
This role will involve building and leading a high-performing marketing team, creating and optimizing new marketing channels, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with the companys overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
– Set clear, actionable goals for brand growth, customer acquisition, and brand positioning.
2. Team Building and Leadership:
– Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse marketing team.
– Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
3. Brand Management:
– Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns.
– Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
– Manage public relations and external communications.
4. Digital Marketing:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including performance marketing and ads, social media, email, content marketing, and SEO.
– Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
– Optimize digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI and growth.
– Build new funnels, campaigns and landing pages to maximize the acquisition potential.
5. Channel Development:
– Identify and develop new marketing channels to reach target audiences.
– TEST and scale innovative marketing tactics.
– Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business needs.
6. Budget Management:
– Develop and manage the marketing budget.
– Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
– Monitor and report on marketing spend and performance.

– Utilize analytics and data insights to guide marketing strategies.
– Implement tools and processes to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.

– Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
– 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
– Experience in B2SMB SaaS marketing for the US market.
– Product-led-sales experience is an advantage.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing and ads, and brand management.
– Manage large campaign budgets on different performance channels.
– Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
– Native English or similar.
