In this exciting role, you will be responsible for establishing a strong presence for IEC’s global sales team, closing deals as a system integrator within the power utilities sector in the region.
What You’ll Do:
Be a pioneer identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the CEE region, focusing on power utilities.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand local market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities, aiming to drive business growth.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and potential partners across the region, paving the way for successful deal flow.
Lead deals from start to closer, striving to exceed sales targets within a complex and lengthy sales cycle.
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Locatio:
The position offered is at The Electric Company’s central offices, located in Tel Aviv/Haifa, Israel, and involves frequent travel to prospects and clients around the world.

Requirements:
You Are A Perfect Fit If You Have:
2-5 years of experience in international sales and business development, within the B2B technology sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
A strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the tenacity to navigate them to close deals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable personality with a burning desire to win.
The ability to travel frequently throughout the CEE region.
