What You'll Be Doing:
Own the customer deliverables, projects and support cases across the entire lifecycle according to various relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Understand the customer roadmap, processes and culture: how it aligns to our roadmap; map and address any gaps; general requirements, the language and product lifecycle.
Communicate directly with the customer in coordination with Sales, BizDev, Support and Marketing Teams; manage expectations.
Matrix management of internal teams and resources for successful execution of projects and activities.
What We Need To See:
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience in Customer-facing and strategic/technical account management roles.
3+ years of R&D experience as SW/HW/FW Engineer (Networking is an advantage).
Experience as an exceptional individual with a mixture of technical, project management and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a global working environment, global companies and customers.
MBA – an advantage.
