Required Asic Technical Program Manager
LOCATION:
Caesarea, Israel
What You'll Do You'll be joining our Silicon One Program team, which is at the center of the silicon development.
As a Program manager youll be interact with cross-organization functions, such as SW, System, Architecture and Marketing.
We use the latest silicon technologies and processes to build largest scale and most complex devices at the edge of feasibility.

Requirements:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer / Electrical Engineering or other technical fiel
8+ years of experience in ASIC development
3+ years of experience in Program/Product management or Technical/Engineering management with proven leadership in delivering successful products
Demonstrated experience to manage from technical details to big picture
Experience in managing ASIC design flow (architecture, micro-architecture, RTL, Synthesis, functional verification, physical layout etc)
Proven interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team
Proven organizational, cross-functional leadership and communication skills along with multi-tasking to get things done in a fast paced environment
Experience in pre-silicon testing with Emulation, FPGA and post-silicon validation.
