The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead & shape our sales team, to deliver optimal performance across current products, and planned future launches. Responsibilities include developing and implementing national sales strategies, to support execution of brand strategies.
This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
As this is a national sales role, you will be travelling all around Australia for about 40% of the time.
How you’ll spend your day
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve national sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of specialist sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and market opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Oversee the creation and execution of sales training programs to enhance team performance.
• Manage the national sales budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
