This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for the strategic acquisition of Vehicles, Power Plants, Heavy Machinery, and Electrical Components. Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes, contract negotiation, and providing excellent service to internal customers. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement of vehicles and spare parts, power plant parts and equipment (including generators, turbines, and oil supply contracts), heavy machinery for engineering and construction projects, and electrical components such as cables, connectors, switches, and circuit breakers. Responsibilities include sourcing, negotiations, acquisition, maintenance contracts, supplier relationships, and disposal.
* Internal Customer Service: Coordinate with departments to understand and meet their procurement needs, manage expectations, and address concerns.
* Procurement Strategies: Develop strategies to maximize efficiency and savings.
* Negotiation: Secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for contracts.
* Process Management: Oversee the entire procurement cycle from requisition to payment.
* Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and product innovations.
* Contract and Supplier Evaluation: Review and evaluate contracts and supplier performance.

* Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
* Experience with ERP ( SAP ) and MS Office.
* Professional certification in Supply Chain or Procurement is a plus.
