As a member of the Horizon Product team, youll help define the future of our next-generation market intelligence platform and transform the way our Capital Markets works as a business.

Lead and own the delivery of our programs working across product, technology, business and corporate functions.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between product and R&D teams, coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy in operations.
Manage program risks and issues proactively, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place and implemented.
Play an integral role in product development from the R&D perspective, understanding the bigger picture across various processes.
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to address potential roadblocks, adapt plans as necessary, and maintain a smooth workflow.
Prepare and present progress reports and other relevant data to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
Go-To-Market strategy and execution planning, coordinating cross-functionally to bring new products and features to market efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or similar role in technology
Proficiency with agile development practices
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Robust understanding of program management techniques and methodologies
Experience working in global SaaS companies with proven ability to work effectively with remote teams – Advantage
B.A/B.sc in Technology related field – Advantage
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) – Advantage.
4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, or similar role in technology
Proficiency with agile development practices
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
