We are seeking for a dedicated and analytical Failure Analysis Intern to join our team. As a member, you will take part in fault isolation, failure analysis, and in determining the root cause of issues involving Marvells leading-edge products:
Conduct thorough fault isolation and failure analysis on state-of-the-art products, in the most advanced process nodes and packaging technologies.
Trace and isolate failures from the system level down to a specific element
Employ a range of advanced and intricate debug and failure analysis methodologies, techniques and tools like Optical stimulation and analysis tools, Probing techniques, Focused Ion Beam (FIB), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) tools, Electrical measurements, and Layout analysis.

What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
In his 3rd semester or above (for BSc), and with 6 semesters remaining for graduation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in semiconductor design an advantage.
Hands-on experience in debug and working with lab tools – an advantage.
Knowledge in device physics and in CMOS process fabrication an advantage.
