* Sales Onboarding: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure rapid integration and proficiency in our products, services, and sales processes.

* Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and other sales enablement technologies is a plus.
