We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to our office in Haifa, Israel.
As an administrative assistant, you will manage the office and provide support to the management and operation departments, in addition to other office duties.
As part of your job, you will:
Office management and ownership of all aspects related to day-to-day office operations, logistics, and facilities
Manage travel by working with travel agency to book international flights, hotels and car reservations, travel reports, logistics / venues
Arrange offsite meetings and social events
Arrange car entrance permits for employees and guests
Greet, escort and assist all visitors, including hotel arrangements (internal to us and external)
Purchase office supplies, food and all other day to day office equipment
Set up new employees welcome
Provide support to all operation departments (Finance, Facilities, HR and IT)
Interact with internal and external parties
Manage calendars as requested by scheduling appointments for meetings and events
Provide receptionist/telephone support for entire office staff

Requirements:
B.A. degree
Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
Experience from a High-Tech company for at least 1 year
High level of English – reading & writing (including conversation)
Independent, fast learner, strong communication and people skills and ability to multitask
Experience in travel management
Experience with Microsoft Office Tool
