We are searching for a Product Operations Manager to join a fast-paced environment and take the product team to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Drive communications to cross-organizational functions enforcing processes, policies, and best practices
Analyze demand, ROI and potential roadmap for critical feature requests solutions to a successful delivery
Improve and maintain processes and guidelines for maximum efficiency on the Product group
Work to capture data, analyze usage and demands to bring insights to Product Management so we make better-informed decisions
Lead critical business initiatives from concept to execution
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success.

Requirements:
At least 4 years of proven experience in Product Operations or Product Management in B2B SaaS Enterprise – a MUST
Proven record of delivering high-quality projects or programs from early stages through delivery – a MUST
Proven experience defining and tracking success metrics, KPIs and OKRs – a MUST
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills- a MUST
Practical experience with the product development lifecycle, product planning, tools, principles, and practices
Proven experience with building dashboards and ingesting insights to various stakeholders
Excellent data and analytics skills, and track record of making data-driven decisions
A responsive, positive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with various organizational functions of varying technical and seniority levels
Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
Cyber Security experience an advantage.
