This is an opportunity to be part of the marketing design team , the worlds largest Connected TV (CTV) advertising technology platform. The Marketing Design Team lead role has an outstanding breadth of responsibility across many of external and internal touchpoints. The role brings a mix of marketing creative expertise and business understanding that will help shape the brand experience.
As part of the role, you will lead two marketing designers and collaborate with a cross-functional U.S.-based marketing team. The role encompasses everything from brand development to conception, all the way to design & production across different marketing channels & content formats.
The ideal candidate has experience as part of an in-house Marketing Design team within Product-led tech companies and is passionate about making complex ideas simple through compelling visual design.
This global role will report directly to our SVP, Head of Design

Collaborate with the SVP Head of Design to maintain strategic and creative/visual thinking across various marketing and company-wide initiatives.
Further, Develop the creative and visual identity of the Innovid brand and overarching brand guidelines.
Elevate internal and external brand usage across other Innovid departments and initiatives as needed (i.e. – Recruiting, Learning & Development, Internal company culture).
Collaborate with the SVP Head of Design to maintain strategic and creative/visual thinking across various marketing and company-wide initiatives.
