We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our front office operations.
You will be responsible for managing office supplies, greeting visitors, providing administrative support to employees, scheduling meetings and appointments, printing documents as needed, and ensuring general office efficiency.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of administrative experience, is highly skilled with Microsoft Office and scheduling software, and can type quickly with accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (mandatory)
Experience with scheduling software (mandatory)
Ability to type quickly and accurately (mandatory)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor
Fluency in English
Knowledge of office equipment operation
Experience with printing documents including braille printing (advantage)
