TeraGen seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to serve as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining strong connections with our customer base, securing long-term partnerships, promoting the adoption of our tools, obtaining referrals, identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships to broaden our clientele and for implementing revenue-generating strategies within the company.

Responsibilities:
– Managing the companys customers
– Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities by managing customers account status and ensuring they purchase the most beneficial products and services for their business needs and financial goals
– Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, striving for high retention
– Analyzing customer usage data using self developed tools for improving customer performance and ensuring their success
– Understanding client requirements then educating and advising them accordingly for best platform usage practices
– Serve as TeraGen person of contact in front of our clients and other teams
– Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date know-how in the fields of ASO, marketing related technologies and industry news
