As the QA Lead, you'll assume full ownership of the quality assurance in the company, develop automated test strategies, and collaborate across departments. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring that team members are appropriately trained and skilled
Define and maintain quality standards and best practices for testing processes.
Review and analyze system specifications, collaborating with developers and product managers.
Develop and implement automated test strategies, frameworks, and scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare test cases and perform manual tests of the developed features.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Development, Product Management, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless communication and timely delivery.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading a QA team.
Extensive experience in QA automation using tools like Cypress, Selenium, API tests, Appium, etc.
Very good knowledge of SQL including complex research queries
Experience with UI/UX and mobile app testing using tools like BrowserStack.
Experience ensuring data quality and integrity, conducting data science research on big amounts of data, providing key business insights
Highly motivated to succeed, honesty, integrity, accountability
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
Experience working as part of an Agile team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
