We are expanding and looking for an experienced C&B (Compensation and Benefits) Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
As a C&B Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the compensation and benefits programs for our employees across various global locations.
This includes conducting market research and analysis, designing and administering salary structures, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Own, manage and maintain accuracy of all HR data
Implement compensation and benefits policies and programs
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages
Administer salary processes and employee benefits programs
Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing
Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on compensation and benefits matters.

3+ years of experience as a C&B Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Accuracy and Detail oriented
High proficiency in Excel
High proficiency in English is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
