In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading our product development efforts, ensuring seamless experiences for travelers worldwide. Collaboration with our cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, communications, CX, and claims, will be essential as we strive to elevate our product's user experience.
This is a full-time position based in our Tel Aviv offices.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage ongoing sprints to drive product development.
Analyze app data and user behavior to inform decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the design team to optimize customer and internal user flows.
Write clear specifications and requirements for development teams.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and usability.
Conduct in-depth user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Define clear goals and metrics to measure product and company success.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience – Must
Proven track record in developing web products, mobile applications, and internal back-office systems.
Experience with product data analytics tools such as MixPanel or Full Story.
Familiarity with consumer products targeting the American market.
Background in fintech or insuretech industries preferred.
Proficiency in collaborative, agile processes with global cross-functional teams.
Ability to coordinate with third-party integrators for feature releases.
Demonstrated initiative and a bias for action.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
