We are looking for a Software Development Group Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary group of Software Development, QA and DevOps
Directly Manage 2-3 Team Leads on several domains (Dev, QA, DevOps)
Develop, implement and ensure highest execution of for successful delivery of projects within established timelines and budgets
Collaborate closely with the CTO, who is based abroad, to align development efforts with company goals and business objectives
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting skill development and career growth
Ensure compliance with Healthcare (HIPAA) and Cyber Security (SOC2) industry standards and SDLC requirements

2+ years of experience managing a SW Development group of 10 or more individuals (at known companies / startups with up to 200 employees)
Proven experience managing at least 2 managers
Proven experience working within the AWS stack (Lambda, ECS, Airflow)
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering
Experience managing QA and machine learning teams is advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet project objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to hire quickly but also say goodbye when needed
Prior experience in mentoring is also desirable
Advantage Working and managing of remote developers
Advantage Experience in successful process of SOC2 audit
