Seeking The Next INVESTOR RELATIONS LEAD
an Israeli grassroots movement with hundreds of thousands of members from diverse political and social backgrounds.
The movement was established 2 years ago to ensure the prosperity of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state, fostering unity amongst all of its citizens.
The movement plans to play a pivotal role in changing the political culture in Israel – from a zero-sum political system, to a system based on collective responsibility.
The Areas of Responsibility
Managing philanthropic investor portfolios – building and executing tailored engagement plans based on financial targets, in order to retain existing philanthropic investors in Israel and abroad and increase their involvement.
Expanding the organization's investment circles – identifying potential philanthropic investors, conducting research and market analysis, drafting reach-outs, and building fundraising trips abroad along with the team to grow the investor base.
Supporting and maintaining the direct relationship between senior management of the organization and investors – preparation of materials used in meetings of the senior management and investors, as well as drafting letters to the investors.
Writing and preparing materials for foundations – drafting proposals, budgets and filing reports to foundations, sending updates to investors and stakeholders (partners) regarding the organization's activities.
Producing events / delegations – managing the logistic aspects of events intended for investors (philanthropic investors) and stakeholders.
Background and Experience Requirements
At least three years of work experience in the fields of fundraising/client management/ marketing/business development/sales with proven track record of success.

Bilingual (English: first language; Hebrew: advanced level) – mandatory requirement.
Multi-cultural background (Israeli-American) – will be considered as an advantage.
Acquaintance with the philanthropic world – will be considered as a significant advantage
