He/She will be in charge of the IT helpdesk operation as well as IT infrastructure, Technical Support, coordination, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment and goals.
What will you be doing:
* Provide Technical Support for PCs.
* Support IT Infrastructure operation and project.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the companys IT infrastructure, Cyber security and end-user service.
* Conduct system configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and change management.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Desired Qualification (Preferred).
* Knowledge in the Fortigate F/W, Cisco catalyst and Nexus series.
* Proven experience in VMware and Windows Server with Active Directory environment.
* Excellent communication skills with customer-oriented service.
* Positive attitude, self-driven, strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals.
* Experience in IT helpdesk Network, Server and Storage management.
* Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field Desired Qualification (Preferred).
