A Day in the Life of our R&D Statistician
• Establish, organise and maintain effective data analysis and data management services pertaining to respiratory product development.
• Act as the data SME for selected high value R&D projects and guide project teams to ensure maximum value from data analysis is extracted.
• Promote a data-driven culture and play a key role in the implementation of Quality by Design (QbD).
• Complete protocol/report review and approvals.
• Elevate the workforce capabilities in data analysis by delivering appropriate courses and training sessions.
• Contribute to the overall data strategy and digitalisation initiatives underpinning Waterford’s R&D digitalisation journey.
Who we are looking for
Are you….
• Educated to Degree Level in Statistics or with several years professional experience analysing data.
Do you have….
• Experience with JMP (SAS) and JMP Pro statistical software, Python and R
• Experienced with QbD concepts and methodology.
• Experience with univariate and multivariate statistics, Design of Experiments and data visualisation.
• Good team working skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation.
• Clear and effective communication skills to share ideas and results, written and verbal, to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Flexibility and the necessary skills to organise, mobilise, communicate and influence.
• Ability to teach others and experience in organizing and conducting training courses.
