We are seeking a Director of Product Management with a proven track record in building and developing cutting-edge cybersecurity products. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
This role requires a hands-on approach, translating ideas into roadmaps and features and following product development from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation
Define and prioritize features and enhancements in the product roadmap
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure the success of product development, launch, and adoption
Become a market expert and understand our customers' and prospects' requirements and expectations
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product success
Build a GTM (Go-to-Market) plan with marketing, customer success, and sales

At least 7 years of experience in a product management role involving cybersecurity products
Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing product managers
Proven experience with SaaS products for large enterprises
Strong business intuition and judgment, including the ability to be customer-facing and articulate the value proposition for new features
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Passion for delivering products that create customer value
Experience building and using big data, analytics, and AI products – an advantage
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering; MBA is an advantage
