Were looking for a Senior Talent Development & Learning Partner to join our growing Global HR team.

Design, develop, and execute training programs addressing a spectrum of talent development needs globally. These encompass leadership development, HR processes enablement and implementation (performance management, onboarding, etc.), soft skills, and career paths.
Create tailored content reflecting culture and addressing specific organizational requirements.
Lead workshops, offsite sessions, and other learning forums, both virtually and in-person.
Continuously manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content relevance and optimal learning consumption.
Implement ongoing measurement mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of learning solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent development and learning roles in tech global companies – MUST.
Proficiency in content creation, learning session facilitation, and designing organizational development processes.
Proven experience in utilizing data to measure learning outcomes.
Exceptional consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MA/MBA – advantage.
