We are seeking a passionate Electrical Engineer Team Leader to join the R&D, in our office TLV.
Responsibilities – what you will be doing:
Lead and mentor Electronics and Embedded teams
Designing our next leap in autonomous systems
Lead the design and layout of PCBs for autonomous systems
Ensure PCB designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
Guide the design and implementation of embedded systems for control and communication in robotic devices
Ensure optimization and troubleshooting of embedded systems for optimal performance and reliability
Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering from a top university -Must
Team lead proven experience -Must
Circuit diagnostic and failure analysis Must
Strong background in designing electronic circuits, embedded systems, and PCBs
Proficiency in using CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout Altium/OrCAD
Proven experience in leading electronics, embedded teams, and managing projects
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Fluent in English and Hebrew- speak, write, reading
