As part of our rapid growth we are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our documentation team to document products and write microcopy.
What your day will look like:
Work directly with Product Managers and R&D team members to understand the product functionality, and the information that needs to be provided to our end-users.
You will have end-to-end responsibility for writing clear documentation for a wide range of new complex features.
You will write and edit microcopy for the features for which you are responsible.
You will document updates to complex adapters.
You will manage multiple documentation tasks from various sources with high quality and timely delivery.
Reach out if you have:
At least 4 years proven experience as a technical writer creating and editing software documentation, and writing release notes.
The ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.
Experience in UX writing.
Excellent written communication skills.
And if you are:
A native English speaker with excellent written communication skills.
A multi-tasker who knows how to prioritize and who is interested in working in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment.
Organized and pays attention to details.
Proactive and able to take initiative.
A team player.
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
