We are looking for a generalist to join our growing Analytics group.
We aim for a passionate individual who can influence both strategy and decision-making through data analysis and the creation of new analytical tools to facilitate self-serve analytics by our customers.
Your responsibilities will range from measurement strategy & KPIs, building data structure, creating actionable business insights, and identifying new opportunities for growth, cost-savings, efficiency, etc. You will collaborate with employees across the company, in all levels of seniority (individual contributors to senior leadership) and across departments (product, finance, marketing, development, etc.)
You must be comfortable with being both strategic and hands-on, operating in a hyper-growth environment filled with ambiguity, and have no fear of failing and getting back on your feet again.

Create cutting-edge measurement strategy and north-star KPIs for marketing, client-facing teams, and product.
Take an active part in influencing our strategy and collaborate to build new strategic initiatives with different departments in the organization.
Leverage large amounts of data to drive key business decisions and business guidance, while creating the right processes and tools for data/insights consumption, monitoring, and reporting in the marketing department.
Communicate business insights to senior management and be a trusted partner to ensure program success and data-driven decisions.
Applying your expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management

Requirements:
Proficient level of SQL – MUST
3+ years of experience as BA Analyst/ Data Analyst/ Product Analyst
Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex model to gain insight
Experience in creating data pipelines, KPIs, reporting, and data models and a holistic understanding of measurement and influencing decisions through data
Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
Great communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
Experience executing multiple concurrent projects
