We're looking for a passionate, success driven & detail oriented , with an out of the box thinking Assistant Controller who will team with us.
Key role in the in the monthly, quarterly, and annual preparation of the financial statements & tax reports
Support in budget preparation and control, including preparation of budget vs. Actual analysis
Assist in the annual audit tasks
Assist in implementation of cross company processes and technological solutions to streamline operations
Support in reviewing our subsidiaries financial management abroad
Take an active part in ad-hoc finance projects
Requirements:
CPA
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Big 4 high-tech dep. alumnus
Knowledge and experience with US-GAAP
Fluent English.
Strong Excel Skills
Experience with NetSuite – Advantage
