Your role includes implementing Scrum methodologies, collaborating with the Product Owner for timely feature delivery, and proactively managing cross-scrum team interactions. In addition, as part of the responsibilities, you will have to perform systems analysis, vendor and employee data analysis, and technology project management.

Requirements:
5+ years in IT software analysis or project management
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Computer Science – advantage
Scrum Master Certification
Proficiency in Jira.
Experience with .NET development/Java – Advantage
Experience with Scada / MES solutions – Advantage
Fluent in English
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills and capability of bridging highly technical teams with management and support teams.
