Requirements:
To be successful in this role you have:
Experience – At least 8 years in product management, or a similar tenure as a solutions architect within the ITOM space, demonstrating a track record of successful product development and management.
Technical Expertise – A deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, particularly those focused on log and metric analytics. A solid grasp of AI/ML technologies and their application in IT operations tools is essential.
Systems Knowledge – Comprehensive experience with system, network, application, and observability solutions, showcasing the ability to navigate and innovate within these areas.
Decision Making – The capacity to balance potential and desire, making informed decisions based on what is technically achievable.
Strategic Thinking – A strategic mindset, with the ability to absorb new information rapidly and communicate effectively, making an impact.
Adaptability – Comfort with ambiguity and the capability to operate effectively within it, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Education – A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is required, underscoring a strong foundational knowledge in the field.
