Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in product and test engineering depending education background and relevant product and market experience
Strong probability and statistics background
Low cost test solutions
Good understanding of packaging
Knowledgeable in DFT techniques
Good understanding of CMOS process technology
Good understanding of circuits and layout
Good software skills, especially in scripting languages
Understanding of CMOS device and product reliability
Direct experience in product
Experience in both EFA and PFA
Strong presentation and communication skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Electrical engineering
Additional Requirements:
Experience in board level design
J750EX and UltraFlex ATE experience
