Ensure ad strategies align with business goals and marketing campaigns, including synchronizing in-game advertising with external promotions.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously refine ad monetization strategies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and ad technology advancements.
Work with product and design teams to integrate ads that complement game aesthetics and functionality.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and prioritize player privacy and data protection.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in ad monetization, specifically within the mobile gaming or digital entertainment industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ad monetization strategies that have led to revenue growth and improved user experience.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with ad network platforms, programmatic advertising, and the latest ad technologies designed for mobile gaming.
Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data analysis tools to drive strategy decisions.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams, including monetization, marketing, product development, and design.
A deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player behavior, and preferences.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
