Responsibilities:
User Journey Management – Develop and execute content strategies, & oversee all external user content across various platforms (including email, Facebook, in-game, and more).
Data Handling – Export relevant data inaccessible to standard users and provide insights to Account Managers.
Management of the 2-tier Group – Day-to-day management of the Facebook group for VIP users – Foster a positive and engaging community environment within the group.
Team's Documentation – Document team procedures, best practices, and tips. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
Team's Representative – Act as a representative for the VIP team in the companys task meetings. Communicate VIP users' updates, feedback, and insights to internal teams to improve gaming experiences.
Proven 2 years experience in community management, content creation, or operations within the gaming/real-money industry – Must.
Experience with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with VIP users and internal teams.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamer culture and preferences.
