We are looking to hire an iOS/Fullstack Developer to join our Mobile Solutions team, which works in a hybrid environment of mobile SDKs development and related technical support and training for our Solution Engineers and customers while integrating with our mobile SDKs.
In this role, you will be helping our Solution Engineers and customers on a (sometimes challenging) mission to implement our solutions for mobile applications. Our customers are financial services (Banks, Credit Cards issuers etc.) and other services who use us to protect their users against online fraud; you'll be working with our Solution Engineers, Tech Support Specialist (who act as tier-1 for most technical queries), Project Managers, and Software Engineers, internally and externally.
This position also opens a door for mobile developers who wish to take a step towards customer-facing roles.
You'll be part of the Solutions and Support department, which provides all technical services to customers worldwide.
As part of the Service Delivery team, you'll be also contributing to our documentation, lead workshops, and help with improving our processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain the best practices to implement mobile SDKs, considering the product needs and the customers mobile frameworks and technologies.
Work with our customers to debug complex mobile integration issues.
Train a global team of Solutions Engineers on the fundamentals of mobile development and mobile SDKs integrations, act as tier-2 between the Solutions Engineer and our mobile SDK developers.
Work closely with Product and R&D teams to resolve customers issues, support new features etc.
Develop our mobile "sample apps" (for demo/integration purposes) and SDK plugins in various mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Ionic and others).
Maintain related technical documentation.

3+ years in iOS development – a must
A people-person who can work in a team and feel comfortable presenting technical aspects to our employees or customers abroad – a must
Experience with cross-platform and hybrid development (React Native, Ionic, Flutter, Cordova and others) – a significant advantage
Experience with Android development – an advantage
Experience with writing technical documentation – an advantage
Misc:

Availability to travel (on-demand)
