We are looking for an experienced VP Sales to lead our rapidly growing sales team.
As our VP Sales, you will be responsible for developing, growing and managing our direct sales team, providing expert-level sales knowledge, coaching, training and improving processes. You will drive and manage the daily execution of our team of Sales Executives and SDRs, to exceed our business targets while targeting diverse customers from different business types and sizes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage the sales team (outbound and inbound).
Directly sell to some of our more strategic accounts.
Execute personal and team sales plans to meet and exceed business targets.
Manage and ensure adherence to our sales processes, including accurate reporting via Salesforce.
Create, monitor and deliver periodic personal and team sales forecasts.
Leverage alternate channels to support the sales pipeline.
Ongoing analytics and reporting of sales performance.
Join the Companys management team.
Report to CRO.

Requirements:
4+ years of sales team management experience in a tech startup, including recruiting, training and managing sales executives and SDRs – a must.
3+ years experience of B2B new business sales experience (quota carrying, as individual contributor) – a must.
Extensive experience in SaaS sales, outbound sales, and in sales to mid-enterprise customers – a must.
Track record of continuously exceeding personal and team sales quotas.
Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
A result-oriented, high-energy, adaptable and organised leader,
Exceptional presentation, relationship management and leadership skills.
Native or like-native English level (both verbal and written), with excellent communication skills.
