We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee the culinary experience and operations of our dining experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and the catering operator, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service are consistently met.
What you will be doing:
Managing the Relationship Between the Company and the Catering Operator: Serve as the primary point of contact for our catering operator, overseeing their performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Overseeing the operations of our restaurants and kitchenettes
Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for employees by Maintaining regular communication with employees, addressing feedback, handling requests and complaints, performing satisfaction surveys, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, restaurants, kitchenettes, and dining facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the catering budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Management of company-side systems related to catering.

Strong understanding of the catering industry, including knowledge of pricing, suppliers, logistics, and operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, employees, and executives.
Organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability to work five days from the office
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering management software – a plus
Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Experience in building up a restaurant or catering facility – a plus.
